We recommend you to subscribe to the Tradensea newsletter because this is the only way we can send you information about the software.  

Examples of such notifications include:  

• maintenance periods, system updates and news
• promotions and gifts
• successful/unsuccessful transactions and package changes
• you have not paid your monthly/annual package
• billing notifications
• you do not have enough funds to trade
• the recommended stake is too low
  
• you have reached your package limit
• you have reached the robot amount in your package
• the API key is set incorrectly, you need to renew the API key
• we can't pay the amount calculated for your discount/offer
• you need to update your profile
• document change or acceptance
• forgotten password, two factor authentication
• your trades have been suspended or cancelled
• penalties, suspensions, sanctions

You can subscribe or unsubscribe by dragging the slider under My Account, Settings. Notifications will be sent to the email address provided by the user.
