Notifications
The Tradeansea interface will send you automatic notifications in some cases.
These will also be sent out by email.
Such notifications may include:
- Maintenance periods, system updates and news
- promotions and gifts
- successful/unsuccessful transactions and package changes
- not settled your monthly/annual package
- account statement
- you do not have enough funds to trade
- the recommended stake is too low
- there was an error on the draft
- you have reached your package limit
- you have reached the robot amount in your package
- the API key is set incorrectly, you need to renew the API key
- we can't pay the amount calculated for your discount/offer
- you need to update your profile
- document change or acceptance
- forgotten password, two factor authentication
- your trades have been suspended or cancelled
- penalties, suspensions, sanctions.
